Role Overview:
We are hiring talented Siebel Developers with strong experience in Open UI and core Siebel development for one of our esteemed clients. This is a great opportunity to work on enterprise-grade applications with a forward-thinking team and attractive compensation packages.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Siebel CRM solutions with a strong focus on Open UI customization
Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-performance solutions
Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Siebel applications
Ensure alignment with development best practices, security standards, and project timelines
Support deployment, post-production, and maintenance phases
Requirements
4–8 years of hands-on experience in Siebel Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, EAI, and Open UI
Proven expertise in Open UI customizations (JavaScript, CSS, PM/PR development)
Strong knowledge of Siebel tools and data model
Experience with Siebel upgrades, performance tuning, and integration with external systems is a plus
Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
